It was the third in a row in their own category, but they looking at it differently, because they gain advantage on many R5 cars, finishing 14th overall with a Peugeot 208 R2. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s G\u00e1bor\u2019s\nsecond year in rallye. He left the circuit racing path compulsively, but he\nabsolutely fell in love with this category. After the first season in MARB \u2013\nChampion of the Northern Region 2017 \u2013 he participated a full season in\nRallye2, finishing 5th overall, 3rd in category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1620\" height=\"1080\" src=\"http:\/\/timgabor.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/tim_szilveszter_2018_0092-1620x1080.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5094\" srcset=\"https:\/\/timgabor.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/tim_szilveszter_2018_0092-1620x1080.jpg 1620w, https:\/\/timgabor.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/tim_szilveszter_2018_0092-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/timgabor.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/tim_szilveszter_2018_0092.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1620px) 100vw, 1620px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nsuccessful Rallye2 debut JG2-Racing gave him many opportunities. He had the\nchance to drive a different car on Mikul\u00e1s Rallye, where he finished 3rd, and\nhe participated with the same Peugeot 208 R2 on Szilveszter Rallye. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The duo took\nthe lead at the end, and crossed the finish line with a 20 second margin, which\nmeant a H7 category victory, aswell as an R2 Cup victory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e <em>It was a fantastic opportunity from my team! I was pleased on Mikul\u00e1s Rallye, and this event was a complete reward. I love the Hungaroring and the whole characteristic of it. I felt very comfortable in my car, it did what i wanted to do. We needed to pick up the pace, and we succeeded. The 14th place in overall prove me that I have the pace in this category. Thats want I want to keep, whereever I will race in 2019.
